When you need a redesign
- You have traffic but no leads. Visitors come and leave without understanding what you sell.
- Your site looks worse than competitors’ — and clients pick them without reading yours.
- Every edit breaks the layout or costs far too much.
- The platform is too tight: more pages, articles and languages than it can handle.
If the problem is in one or two places, you don’t need a redesign — an improvement is enough.
What a redesign includes
| Stage | What I do |
|---|---|
| Strategy and structure | who your client is and what path they take to a request |
| Copy | rewritten for the goal, not moved over from the old site |
| Design | a new visual language for your brand |
| Development | Tilda, Webflow or code — chosen by the task, not by habit |
| Migration without losing traffic | I keep what already brings visitors from search |
Case: a fintech website redesign
A virtual card service had a website built on Tilda in a hurry. As Web Product Lead I turned it into a product on Webflow — with no traffic drop during the move. After that, a visitor from search reaches the Telegram bot twice as often as a visitor from ads: 41% vs 20% (Yandex Metrica, Jul 22 – Aug 21, 2026).
