1. Who handles your data

Your data is handled by Egor Neklyudov (“I”). This policy applies to eneklyudov.com. Questions about your data: egor.neklyudov@gmail.com.

2. What data I receive

The website has no registration or user accounts. I receive data in these cases:

  • You send a request through the form. I receive what you entered: your name, contact (Telegram or WhatsApp) and task description, plus the page the request was sent from.
  • You message me yourself — on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email. I receive what you shared: your name, contact, company name and task description.
  • You use the website. Yandex Metrica with Session Replay records how you interact with pages: scrolling, clicks, cursor movement, device and browser type, approximate region. Text you type into the request form is not recorded.
  • You open the website. The hosting provider automatically logs technical request data: IP address, browser type, time and page address. It is needed to run and protect the website, and I don’t link it to your identity.

3. Why

  • to reply to you and discuss your project;
  • to prepare a proposal and to sign and perform a contract;
  • to keep the website running and secure;
  • to understand which pages and blocks make things hard to find, and improve the website.

I don’t send marketing emails and I don’t sell data.

4. Cookies and analytics

The website uses Yandex Metrica, a visit statistics, session recording and click map service. Metrica sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart and to link pages within one visit. The data is anonymous: I see how visitors behave, but not who they are. There are no ad systems on the website, and fonts and files are served from the same domain.

You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings or turning on tracking protection — the website will keep working.

5. Who receives the data

I don’t share data with third parties, except services the website and communication can’t work without:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting. Processes technical request data.
  • Yandex (Yandex Metrica) — website visit and behavior analytics. Data is stored on Yandex servers.
  • Telegram — a request from the website form reaches me as a Telegram message.
  • Telegram, WhatsApp, email provider — if you chose them to contact me. Messages are stored under the rules of the service you chose.

6. How long I keep it

Messages and contacts — while we discuss or work on a project, and for as long as the law requires for contract documents. If we don’t start working together, I delete your data on request.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data I have about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email egor.neklyudov@gmail.com — I’ll reply within 10 business days.

8. Changes

The current version is always published on this page. The date of the version is shown at the top.
